Murfreesboro is welcoming their latest addition to the city, Hotworx! Hotworx is a virtually instructed exercise program created to help users benefit from infrared heat absorption. You can participate in a 15 minute High Intensity Interval Training session or you can participate in a 30 minute isometric session. The infrared heat enters your body causing you to sweat all the toxins out of your system.
